Crew leader positions are available to applicants capable of managing a 4 member team proficiently and safely. Applicants should be dependable and exhibit a sense of ownership and investment in their responsibilities. Must possess a basic knowledge of materials, methods and the tools required in the wireless construction industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Comprehension of drawings and customer specifications
– Coordination with project manager during all phases of projects
– Management of safety principles
– Completion of daily tasks while maintaining scheduling goals
– Documentation of sites via customer portals
– Travel is required, additional compensation is provided and teams are home on weekends
